Personal Shopper

We’ll shop a variety of items for you in-store, including Indian cookware, appliances (such as grinders and mixers), home décor for special occasions, ethnic wear, imitation jewelry, accessories, groceries, and traditional sweets and savories.

We also offer video call services at your convenience, allowing you to choose the items you prefer while we shop for you.

Doorstep Pickup & Ship

If you have homemade items like masalas, flour, or medicines that need to be sent from your family, relatives, or friends in India, we’ll pick them up right from their doorstep and ship it to you.

This service is available in Chennai location only.

Ship Online Deliveries

Prefer to shop online yourself? No problem!

You can make your purchases and have them delivered to our address. We’ll handle the consolidation, packing, and shipping for you!

Tailoring Services

We understand that fitting can be an issue with ready-made items. That’s why we provide friendly, personalized tailoring services for dress alterations, stitching, and other custom needs, available whenever you need them!

Return Services

If you change your mind and choose not to ship an item, no worries!

We’ll take care of the return process for both in-store or online purchases as per the merchant’s return policy.

Our pricing is based on the cost of the items you purchase, the number of personal shopping services you use, and the shipping fee, which is determined by the weight/dimensions of the package.

However, we strive to keep our prices affordable. We prioritize quality and service over pricing, so please feel free to call us for a free enquiry!

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days.

However, during major festivals, the higher volume of packages being shipped from various carriers may result in delays.

If you’re shopping for items for an event, we recommend allowing 7-10 business days for delivery, so you can rest easy without worrying about when your package will arrive!
